Members
Board of
Directors
The Sheridan Park Association is comprised of voting Resident
Members and non-voting Associate and Affiliate Members. Each Member may
appoint a Representative and an Alternative Representative to the
Association.
The Board of Directors is elected from the Representatives
and Alternative Representatives by the voting members of the Association.
The Board consists of a minimum of three Directors and a maximum equal to
double the number of total Resident and Associate Member Companies, provided
that each Resident Member shall have at least one but no more than two
Representatives elected to the Board. Each Associate Member may have a
maximum of one Representative elected to the Board.
The Board elects a President, who must be the Representative
or the Alternative Representative of a Resident Member, and a
Vice-President. The Board also appoints a Secretary and a Treasurer or a
Secretary-Treasurer who may, but not need be a Director. The Board is
charged with full responsibility for the management of the affairs of the
Association.
